⚖️ Judge tossed Comey and James indictments. A Clinton-appointed judge dismissed grand jury indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York AG Letitia James, ruling that US Attorney Lindsey Halligan was unlawfully appointed by AG Pam Bondi. The decision invalidated all actions under Halligan's authority.

🇲🇽 CIA flagged Rep. Crenshaw's conduct in Mexico. CIA officials reported concerns to Langley over Rep. Dan Crenshaw's (R-TX) behavior during an August delegation meeting in Mexico City, citing his heavy drinking and crude remarks. He was banned from taxpayer-funded travel for 90 days.

🕌 Trump ordered review of Muslim Brotherhood chapters. President Trump signed an executive order directing the State and Treasury Departments to consider designating certain Muslim Brotherhood chapters in Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon as foreign terrorist organizations, citing their coordination with Hamas and Hezbollah.
