DeSantis Continues To Fight the Culture War, Goes After Child-Sex-Change Doctors and Soros Prosecutors

On doctors who perform child-sex-change surgeries: During a press conference, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis took the opportunity to attack doctors who perform sex-change surgeries on young children. He said they need to be legally held liable for their actions.
“But they don’t tell you what that is, is they are actually giving very young girls double mastectomies, they want to castrate these young boys,” DeSantis insisted. “That’s wrong, and so we’ve stood up and said both from the health and children well-being perspective, you don’t disfigure 10-, 12-, 13-year-old kids based on gender dysphoria.”
“Eighty percent of it resolves anyways by the time they get older… so why would you be doing this?”
On Soros-funded attorneys: This morning, DeSantis announced that he’s suspending Soros-funded State Attorney Andrew Warren for refusing to enforce state law. The governor cited Florida’s Constitution that requires state attorneys to follow Florida law, not outside agendas.
Reasons for the firing: Warren announced that he would refuse to enforce any pro-life laws in Florida after the Dobbs decision. He also vowed not to enforce laws prohibiting sex changes for minors.
