What’s happening: Major corporations that recently committed to slashing their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs have not ultimately made significant changes to their corporate structures and practices. Many of their moves were merely symbolic gestures to appease the portion of their consumer base ticked off with woke policies.
