$3,047,612,000 for the Afghanistan Security Forces Fund
$461,375,000 for Columbia
$135 million to Burma
$85.5 million to Cambodia
$453,000,000 in aid to Ukraine
$130 million to Nepal
$700 million to Sudan
$25M to Pakistan
$193 million for federal HIV/AIDS workers stationed abroad to buy new cars
