  • Check your spam or promotions folder for the reset email.

  • Try logging in on a different browser or device.

Q: I keep getting logged out—how do I stay logged in?

A: First, log in to our website directly here using your preferred browser (like Safari or Chrome).Then, each morning, when you get the newsletter, click “Read online” in the top right corner of the email and open it in that same browser.

Note: If you’re on mobile and using the Gmail app, links often open in a pop-up window instead of your full browser. These pop-ups don’t save your login info, so it’s best to open the newsletter directly in Safari, Chrome, or whatever browser you used to log in.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and go to the Subscription Settings. From there, you can cancel your subscription.

You can also access your account settings by clicking the link at the bottom of every email from us that says "Update your email preferences or unsubscribe here.”

Q: I'm having trouble with my subscription, emails, credit card, or other account-related issues. What should I do?

A: Email us at [email protected] with "Subscription Issue" in the subject line. Please be patient; our team is focused on our newsletter, among other tasks, so it might take a few days to respond.

Q: How do I change my settings, like my email address, email preferences, or update my credit card information?

A: You can manage your settings by logging into your account here and going to Subscription Settings. You can also access your account settings by clicking the link at the bottom of every email from us that says, "Update your email preferences or unsubscribe here.”

Q: I'm not receiving emails. What should I do?

A: First, check that your email notifications are enabled. Sometimes, people accidentally unsubscribe. Go to your account settings (click here) and make sure emails are turned on.

Second, check your spam or junk folders. Search for "[email protected]" in your inbox to ensure the emails aren't being filtered out.

If they are, make sure to whitelist the "mail.upward.news" domain in your email settings. You can also mark our emails as important or reply to an email to help your inbox recognize them as wanted.
