The Department of Justice (DOJ) has launched an investigation after progressive activists disrupted a Sunday church service at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The protest targeted the church over claims that one of its pastors also serves as a senior Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official. Accompanying the agitators was former CNN anchor Don Lemon, who livestreamed the disruption and berated the pastor.

Now, DOJ civil rights officials say the incident may violate federal laws protecting religious worship, with Lemon potentially facing prosecution.
