MIGRANT CRIME

Laken Riley’s alleged killer was given taxpayer-funded travel

The murder trial for Laken Riley’s alleged killer has begun, revealing new information that shows the true extent of the danger posed to Americans by the Biden-Harris administration’s immigration policies.

Jose Ibarra — the man who allegedly murdered the 22-year-old University of Georgia nursing student, is not only an illegal migrant, but is reported to have been a member of Venezuela’s notorious Tren de Aragua gang, according to several sources within the Department of Homeland Security.

The Biden administration’s policies enabled Ibarra’s release into the US due to an apparent lack of bed space, despite ICE having 8,000 empty detention beds when he crossed the border illegally in 2022. Ibarra lived in taxpayer-funded housing at New York City’s lavish Roosevelt Hotel before requesting and receiving a free flight to Georgia.

This means that, just months before he allegedly murdered Riley, he was flown to Georgia on a “humanitarian flight” paid for by American taxpayers.

Prosecutors revealed damning evidence in court, including Ibarra’s DNA under Riley’s fingernails, proving she fought for her life, and his thumbprint on her phone, left during her desperate 911 call. Riley, who was jogging on the University of Georgia campus, resisted Ibarra’s sexual assault before he allegedly bludgeoned her to death with a rock.

While the media gnashes its teeth at the GOP’s victory in the 2024 elections, Riley’s murder highlighted the failed Biden-Harris policies that led to Trump’s sweeping win. The unprecedented wave of migrant crime was ultimately just one of the many tipping points for Americans to dump Democrats.
