🚨 ICE arrested over 1,300 illegals in two-week Virginia and Maryland operation. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested 1,328 illegal aliens throughout Virginia and Maryland in a two-week sweep, netting criminals with convictions for sexual battery, kidnapping, robbery, and DUI, plus arrests for murder and rape. Officers also took down MS-13 and Tren de Aragua gang members, making these arrests despite sanctuary policies in many counties. This follows a similar operation in Georgia last month that resulted in over 1,200 arrests.

💼 New H-1B visa proposal would charge $103,265 per application. The Department of Homeland Security issued a proposed rule charging employers a $103,265 fee for H-1B visa applications. Universities, hospitals, and research institutions are exempt from the new fee. H-1B visas have been under scrutiny for making it easier for corporations to replace American workers.

🇨🇦 Trump held firm on Canada tariffs despite GOP pushback. President Trump maintained his 50 percent Section 338 tariffs on roughly $20 billion in Canadian goods — wine, cement, hockey sticks, dog muzzles, and flags — even as Sen. Susan Collins called them a “mistake.” Energy, potash, fish, and critical minerals are exempt, but USMCA-compliant goods are not, marking the first use of the 1930 statute.

📬 USPS publishes rule to block certain mail-in ballots. The United States Postal Service published a rule Friday requiring states to provide voter lists before sending mail-in ballots through the agency. Yesterday, the Supreme Court lifted one injunction against Trump's underlying March executive order in a 6-3 ruling, but a separate nationwide injunction from Judge Indira Talwani still blocks USPS from implementing the rule before the midterms. The administration is appealing that one too.

More on Trump’s election integrity efforts: The USPS rule would require election officials submit voters' names and addresses to a new USPS "Federal Ballot Mail Portal," and every ballot envelope, outbound and return, must carry the Election Mail logo, meet automation standards, and bear a unique Intelligent Mail barcode tied to that voter. The tracking changes would create a chain of custody for the ballots. Seems like a no-brainer.— Ariel

Over the weekend, Hasan Piker, the Left's young, Democratic Socialist, Muslim, anti-capitalist, Mao-loving political commentator, was filmed singing a song mocking Charlie Kirk's death. But Charlie wasn’t a stranger to him. Piker debated Kirk in person. He talked about him while Kirk was alive. Now, he's spent the past year making his assassination into a punchline.

It’s hard to understand the headspace of someone like Piker. Clearly, political murder isn’t outrageous to him. He's actually called for his supporters, out loud, to kill capitalists in the street.

Fine. The world is full of radicals, and plenty of them are violent. Here's what makes Piker different. The more people learn about him, the more mainstream Democratic support he keeps.

Look at Abdul El-Sayed, running for Senate in Michigan. He took heat over the weekend for standing by his buddy Piker. His response? A statement saying he's against “antisemitism.” No mention of Piker. No denunciation.
