As Russia aggresses, NATO isn’t alone in hiking defense spending.

For many Eastern European countries, the threat of a Russian invasion has become increasingly real. Vladimir Putin is showing no signs of letting his boot off Ukraine’s neck, and many of its neighbors, including Poland and the Baltic states, believe they could be next.

This comes as President Donald Trump secured a big win last week when NATO members agreed to spend at least 3.5 percent of their GDP on their militaries and 1.5 percent on related economic sectors.
