The fifth annual National Conservatism Conference took place this week in Washington, DC. The first since President Trump retook power, it was attended by a flurry of senators, congressmen, administration officials, staffers, and writers.

I spent all three days there, watching speakers discuss policy ideas and exploring ways the movement can build on its past successes. Here’s what I saw and heard.
