Following the US-Israeli strikes that killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on February 28, Iran's top Shia clerics have issued sweeping religious decrees calling on Muslims worldwide to wage jihad against the United States and Israel.

Americans across the globe are already under threat from religious Muslims, from Pakistan — where Muslims attempted to storm the US consulate — to Austin, Texas, where a religious Muslim shot multiple civilians dead and left dozens injured.
