January 6 Hearing Will Be Televised

The House Select Committee investigating January 6 will host a prime-time television hearing on June 9, shifting the public's focus from shortages and inflation to the 2021 riot.

On Thursday, the House Select Committee investigating January 6 will host a prime-time television hearing. Here are some things you need to know.

Despite the marketing, the committee isn’t bipartisan. The only two Republicans on the committee, Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney, are deemed RINOs who want to prove that Donald Trump and his allies are responsible for January 6.

The goal is to shift the public's focus, not tell the truth. Amidst shortages, high gas prices, inflation, and a probable recession, the House Select Committee will attempt to shift the focus onto Republicans and January 6. For that reason, you can expect highly dramatized material taken out of context.

The spectacle will be run by the former president of ABC News—a “master documentary storyteller.” All major news channels (except Fox) will air the hearings during prime time.
