RFK Jr. Overhauls Nightmarish Organ Donation Practices

_WHAT’S HAPPENING_

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is overhauling the nation’s organ transplant system after a federal investigation uncovered “disturbing practices.”

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), a part of HHS, found that organ procurement organizations (OPOs) began the donation process on patients who still showed signs of life. Kennedy announced new reforms to hold these organizations accountable and decertify contractors who fail to comply.

These grisly descriptions make me wonder if RFK might give the same kind of scrutiny to babies born alive during abortion. And left to die.

I am a registered organ donor as I feel this is an extremely important decision providing life-giving care to those in need. I take this decision very seriously, however the more greedy and corrupt the “establishments” become, the less I want anything to do with them. Upon my next license renewal, I’ll give this serious consideration. It’s so difficult to wrap my mind around the sinister actions some are willing to go to. It’s a shame that trust in our institutions has been so blatantly destroyed.

You're correct to wary of the ER and the AMA - it's ALL about the numbers. I witnessed it first hand and it's disgusting. Be careful.

Unfortunately "they" do what the computer, connected to the AMA says. They are NOT allowed to do what is right or execute what they know. It's a numbers game...

My wife and I are registered to be organ donors and feel it is the right thing to do. It would be appreciated if the greedy organizations wait until we are unalive to harvest their next paycheck.

It is important to be an organ donor because someone else's life depends on it. Our oldest daughter was an organ donor when she died 15 years ago. We have no regrets since we know her donations helped six different people. I do believe what's happening needs to stop and medical ethics need to be forefront again over profit. I am registered as a donor and will remain registered so that in death, I can help someone live.

Absolutely not. I will never be an organ donor. It has been proven time and again that the medical establishment and those in authority cannot be trusted when it comes to organ procurement. Reports continue to surface of so-called “health professionals” harvesting organs from living, healthy people — killing them in the process — all for profit. There are documented cases of black-market organ sales, and even the trafficking and sale of aborted baby parts and fetuses. This is not compassion. This is corruption at its highest level. When human life becomes just another commodity for profit, there is no moral line they won’t cross.

If you don’t believe me, do the research and learn for yourselves — as I did. The truth is out there, and once you see it, you’ll never look at this industry the same way again.

•	New Jersey Kidney Trafficking (2006–2009, U.S.) – Levy Izhak Rosenbaum brokered illegal kidney transplants, charging up to $160,000 per organ while paying donors ~$10,000. Pleaded guilty in 2011 — first U.S. conviction for black-market organ brokering.
•	Biomedical Tissue Services Scandal (2005–2007, NY & PA, U.S.) – Michael Mastromarino illegally harvested and sold body parts from corpses without consent, forging paperwork and bypassing safety protocols — included parts from famous individuals.
•	UCLA Body Donation Program Scandal (2004, CA, U.S.) – Director and body broker Ernest Nelson sold donated cadavers and parts for ~$1.5 million in profit. Program shut down after arrests and convictions.

• Harvard Morgue Case (2018–2023, MA, U.S.) – Morgue manager Cedric Lodge and others indicted for selling human remains — including organs, skin, bones, and allegedly stillborn babies — from Harvard Medical School’s Anatomical Gift Program. • India – Gurgaon Kidney Racket (2008) – International criminal network sold kidneys from poor laborers to wealthy buyers; surgeons and brokers convicted. • Pakistan – Karachi & Punjab Rings (2010s) – Convictions for organ brokers arranging paid kidney transplants, exploiting vulnerable villagers. • Other documented convictions – Multiple EU, Middle East, and South American prosecutions for trafficking in persons for organ removal (per UNODC and EU Parliament reports).

Be wary of "medical school" (nursing) Brian. I graduated with honors (Valedictorian) in 2016. Until then I've never had a flu shot, only the common vaccines as a child. And I gotta tell ya - I've never been more Sick in my entire life!!!! Every 6 mos the AMA requires you to get "vaccinated for your protection." i.e. You're gonna get sick off those "vaccines." Also, the AMA is in the business of making money, not saving lives. After watching my last patient die in the ER (He didn't have the 'credit score,' said the computer), I got out and never looked back. The AMA is rotten. The "vaccines" are rotten. Don't believe me, go see for yourself, but don't ever say I didn't warn you!

We heard about these horrors a while ago and at the next opportunity, we will be getting ourselves off the donor list. We want to be donors for all the good reasons, but at this point, we'll leave that as our wishes without being on the list and hope for the best if we're in a position to help others after we've gone home, not merely on our way there.

Not until they have corrected this disturbing finding. I feel organ donating is important in saving lives but not to kill one to save another .

Slightly off topic, but I no longer wanted to be an organ donor after I heard about people wanting to experiment with putting women's wombs into men through the organ donation practice. So I crossed it off on my driver's license. But when I went to the DMV to get a new title, and the lady at the counter saw my driver's license with the organ donation crossed out and the words in sharpie marker: "I do not want to be an organ donor," she said that won't count, they'll still do it & I'd have to get a whole new license.

Hmmm, this is not something I've thought of and I didn't know the problem was that bad. My first reaction is NO! I've been a "donor" for 32 years and I'm nearing that "age." I'll have to pray on it before I change my DL status....but right now, the answer is NO.

I am a donor and will remain an organ donor. My family has no right to go against my wishes to be a donor. The tissue is more viable and healthy when there is oxygen and blood circulating. The earlier some of the organs and tissues are harvested the more viable they are. I will not let a few bad apples prevent me from possible saving someones else's life when I am gone.
