The HHS Secretary claims vaccine approvals were too closely linked to the medical industry.

In a Wall Street Journal op-ed this week, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. announced that he was firing the entire Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP).

ACIP is responsible for analyzing new, potential vaccines and making recommendations to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on whether they should be approved or disapproved. But MAHA-aligned individuals, including Secretary Kennedy, argued that ACIP’s members were compromised by their ties to the medical industry.
