A network of about 500 groups with an estimated $3 billion in combined annual revenues organized the nationwide "No Kings" protests that took place on Saturday, March 28. While the lead permit in St. Paul, Minnesota, listed Indivisible — a Democratic advocacy group funded by billionaire George Soros — a Fox News Digital investigation revealed significant participation from communist organizations funded by Neville Roy Singham, an American tech tycoon living in China who openly praises Marxism and Maoism.

Singham's network includes the People's Forum, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, the ANSWER Coalition, and CodePink — whose co-founder Jodie Evans is married to Singham. These groups mobilized members to bring a message of "revolution" to the demonstrations.
