The Progressive Dark Money Fueling the “Hands Off” Protests
The nationwide demonstrations were supposedly grassroots. In reality, they were anything but.

_WHAT’S HAPPENING_
Over 1,300 protests erupted nationwide Saturday, presented as a mass resistance largely aimed at President Trump and Elon Musk. While tens of thousands of Americans joined supposedly grassroots rallies, the “Hands Off” protests were organized and planned by the activist group Indivisible, funded by the left-wing billionaire George Soros in what was a top-down operation linked to the Democratic Party and progressive dark money networks.
_THE FACTS_
Indivisible was founded by Democratic Party operatives and spousal couple Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg and has received nearly $8 million in funding from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations since 2017.
The activists running Indivisible call the protests a “let a thousand flowers bloom kind of moment” — borrowing a line from Chinese communist leader Mao Zedong.
The group is partnered with progressive organizations like the Democratic Socialists of America, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Planned Parenthood, the Working Families Party, and the Human Rights Campaign.
Indivisible is also funded by Democracy Alliance, a secretive dark money hub where wealthy Democratic donors — including George Soros — anonymously bankroll groups working to dismantle America’s political and economic systems.
At the DC “Hands Off” protest, murals were displayed to honor Hamas and Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine terrorists.
American Muslims for Palestine — recently accused in a lawsuit of being a Hamas propaganda arm — helped lead the rally.
Protesters vandalized and slashed the tires of several ICE vehicles and disrupted traffic near ICE headquarters.
The next nationwide protest is set for May 1, International Workers’ Day — a socialist holiday.
