Yes, the islamist regime must be abolished. The Khamenei regime came to power through deception and since then they have held Iran back from reaching its full potential for almost 50 years. We in the west must get over the idea of trying to keep Iran under a weak ruler so we can have cheap oil. Let the Iranian people decide who they want to rule them without our interference. Whatever risk it entails for us is far outweighed by the benefits it will provide for the world and President Trump has the strength to take this risk. Perhaps it is the single-most important action we can take to make the world a safer place.

Definitely! For too long Iran has sponsored terrorist groups and it's time they feel the consequences.

There is little doubt that the world stage would be safer if the current Iranian regime were out of the picture. Targeted strikes could be effective in the same way bombing Iran's nuclear sites and capturing Maduro were. The biggest problem is our weak congress who are gutless. If they weren't so wishy-washy Trump might be more willing to run his agenda through them. But he can't inform them of plans for kinetic action without it being leaked.

If nothing else, this summer's 12 day "war" proved that America and Israel can defend each other quite well. It's time to rid the world of this political cancer.
