Trump Cabinet Defends Susie Wiles' Fiery Comments

The main stream media is so rotten that maybe they should be held responsible for violence that occurs. Words have consequences.

As Chief of Staff, her role is to hear all sides, the pros and cons, offer her thoughts then bring everyone together to promote the President's agenda. To be successful, she has to be confident that people will be honest and that requires honesty from her. To be effective, she has to be willing to forge relationships, build bridges, mend fences and a dozen other types of cliche activities common in politics but with a clear focus on promoting the President's agenda. Her willingness to be candid during the Vanity Fair interview is probably an accurate portrayal of her personal conduct and "leadership style". The sniping that followed reflects an inability to acknowledge that members of Trump's inner circle may be capable and admirable individuals.

The MSM has, since the obama administration, has had only one goal, and that has been to distort the truth and stop any American administration from getting the Government back to its purpose. Once again, we see the mainstream media at its worst, corrupting the very words that were said. This is the actions of evil people, who try to represent mainstream as a broker of truth. This is communism, plain and simple, to continue to divide our nation and replace it with Marxist ideology.

It's a curiosity why they would grant an interview with a liberal rag like Vanity Fair in the first place, but as it turns out, we now can see how unified the White House is. I consider that a great win!

Of course the media overreacted to her interview! That's what the media does! They have spawned so many negative narratives against conservatives that the increase in politically motivated violence is directly connected. As for Ms. Wiles, her straight forward honesty and fearlessly speaking the truth is refreshing. Perhaps she could serve as an example for the rest of the cabinet, congress, and the media.

The MSM over reacts to everything that is not in exact line with what they want. They will always twist and manipulate things to generate controversy and hopefully receive more attention and greater readership. If they were to do an interview with someone, especially a conservative, and the statement was that humans need oxygen, water and food to survive, the msm would somehow twist that around to create a controversy and disagreement, then proceed to portray that person as ignorant, ill informed, etc.

VANITY FAIR should stick to their expertise of how I should wear my hair and the right shade of lipstick I should use. Why are they meddling in politics? What is their background, education and experience to be speaking to political or related to political figures? And then we have the readers who only want to know about how they look! Can they even name the leading politicians beyond Trump? As if the country does not have enough "fake" and "dramatize" publications to destroy and divide us! Stop and stay in the corner where you belong.

All media is revenue driven. People love the drama. Strategy becomes publish the drama and revenue will follow. Simple marketing technique.

It "Should" minimize Editing / Spinning if they KNOW the TRUTH IS Out There! Ms Wiles is a smart, tough, no nonsense person, who'd be a General if in uniform!!

Vanity Fair would joyfully report anything that would even remotely reflect badly on President Trump. I don't believe that you can believe anything that appears in that magazine. Recall that the entire senior staff threatened to resign if Melania's photo appeared on the cover, after having many previous first ladies on the cover. VF is a wholly owned sub of the dnc. They didn’t overreact. I’m sure it was spun to an extent but all these conversations are recorded. Keep in mind, Susie worked for the Bush admin before and also helped Netanyahu get elected. Not surprising that she said these things, and the administration’s reaction strikes me as a “save-face” situation. I don’t trust her at all.

Of course, as they always do. Contraversy sells, whereas agreement is boring. Why doesn't someone tell Trump to get some Humbleness on? His pronouns are 1st person singular taking credit, all around. He should be including his team, 1st person plural, although he is undoubtedly the author of most ideas that have been undertaken. I can understand why some of his associates are miffed with his atitude. Wouldn't any of us when having to listen to a blow-hard taking ALL the credit? It'll be difficult for him to make this small change, but it would just put him in a better light with his detractors of both parties. On the plus side, Trump does keep his ear to the ground, changing policy with public sentiment, so this really is a Republic.

Wiles was advertised as a no-nonsense individual when she was announced as the Chief of Staff for the Trump administration, and she has lived up to it. It's not surprising that the media took her comments out of context. Isn't that what they do? It highlights the reason I pay no attention to them.

The media, especially the liberal media, always overreact to anything Trump or related to Trump. They are desperate to find anything to get him on.

It's Fanity Fair, for heaven sakes, expect no less than a twisted, out of context story about Trump - that's their job.
