Tucker Carlson has moved beyond conservative media commentary into actively trying to sabotage US foreign policy from the outside.
After President Trump personally told Carlson in January to stop attacking Jews and Christian Zionists, Carlson responded by releasing his most incendiary content yet — a three-hour ambush interview with US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee in which Carlson consistently attacked Israel and the US, and accused Israelis of being genetically unrelated to biblical Israelites.
Rather than fall in line, Carlson appears to be digging in his heels, working to fracture the Evangelical Christian base that Trump depends on while undermining the administration's Middle East agenda.
