Trump, Israel, Decapitate the Iranian Regime With Ease

_WHAT’S HAPPENING_

Early Saturday, President Trump released a video statement announcing that the United States and Israel commenced strikes on the Iranian Regime. The operation, named Operation Epic Fury, is intended to fully decapitate the Iranian government and have it replaced, presumably with Western-friendly leadership.

Within 24 hours, Israel and the US have jointly taken out multiple heads of the Iranian regime, including the Supreme Leader. This operation has been months in the making, with American and Israeli intelligence tracking Iran’s top leadership. The Trump administration is reportedly planning several waves of strikes, offering off-ramps along the way.

There are a number of leftist commentators claiming that Trump does not have the authority to use military action in this manner. The truth is HE DOES. The president can take short term military action against an enemy. Any LONG TERM action requires a declaration of war from congress. The ones being most critical of Trump on this are already suffering from TDS. I even heard one commentator claim that Pete Hegseth was merely a "talks show host" on a news network before tapped to be part of Trump's administration. They completely ignored his years of service as an officer in the Army. The lengths they go to in order to smear anything good Trump does is amazing. I am NOT a blind follower of Trump, but, I do give credit where it is due.

Of course Trump can use short term military action for immediately threats to American. So... what are they? Thought he completely destroyed Iran nuclear threat in his last attack. Just go to Congress and justify why we need to do this and people (not just Trump cheerleaders) will rally around him and we can go WIN this.

The threat to America and our allies was the progress made in the ability to produce a nuke. As for his last attack, Trump likes the sound of his own voice and he certainly blows a large amount of hot air to toot his own horn as loudly as possible. (I am NOT a cheerleader for Trump)

The last attack was a "shot across the bow" letting the regime know they needed to negotiate. They refused to come to terms and something HAD to be done to stop them from continuing their mission to bring "death to America". They were getting too close to the ability to try and make that happen.

Again, the only time the President needs to justify his actions to Congress is when he is looking for a declaration of war. The HOPE is this campaign will be successful before that declaration is needed. HOPEFULLY the people of Iran, who have been oppressed for decades, will take control of the government. Then the US and Israel will no longer need to take action.

To update, heard Iran was bragging they had enough stuff to make 7-11 nukes. Something like 460 lbs of the stuff. They didn't 'make' anything with it, but I see dirty bomb coming to US port now that we got their leads hip killed. Dang, war is ugly mess.

There was a time when Tucker Carlson made some sense. Then he started to go off the deep end. The difference between those who blindly follow him and us is we didn't follow him off that end. We had the sense to see how wrong he is. Thank God!

Is the Iranian Regime Evil? In my opinion this regime is evil. Evil has been in this world, from the very beginning. We as humans must combat evil, whenever and wherever it crops up. A continuous effort must be taken, always on alert, to eliminate evil.

There has always been a struggle on how far the Executive branch can take military action before it needs Congress approval. The current situation is a repeat. Congress can interject its wishes through legislative action at anytime.

Eliminating the ability, given Iran’s prior terrorists actions, to achieve nuclear power and weapons deliverability is the right outcome.

Hopefully we cast a immediate shadow to North Korea.

This action should also assist Ukraine, given that Iran provides drones and military support to Communist Russia. Now maybe the time to beef up Ukrainian support? Hopefully the lack of support from both Russia and China to Iran is telling to other countries in the Middle East and Caribbean area. Than

How should we deal with North Korea? Go all in and glass them, talk to them & then glass them part way in or maybe talk to them and figure out if there any way to make everyone happy? Honestly I do not know but as Americans I hope we talk about it before one person makes the call. My family fought them in our last war and push them to China border before Chinese join them and push them back to the current ceasefire line.
