Also, a bombshell report on Planned Parenthood transing kids without parental consent

WHAT WE'RE WATCHING

🚨 Planned Parenthood has been sidestepping parents, transing kids. Planned Parenthood has been manipulating contraception laws to provide sex-change drugs to minors without their parents’ consent. The organization has been categorizing cross-sex hormones as contraceptives, allowing minors to consent independently. Such clever categorization reveals how radical activist organizations manipulate medical terminology to get around parental protections.
🚫 Federal court struck down Trump’s Liberation Day tariffs. A federal trade court ruled that President Trump did not have the authority to impose sweeping tariffs on nearly every nation. The decision challenges Trump’s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose tariffs, which were based on claims of a national emergency caused by the US trade deficit. While the Trump administration plans to appeal the ruling, it is possible they can still impose tariffs using other means.
⚖️ DOJ is investigating California's trans athletes policy. The Justice Department opened an investigation following the state permitting a male athlete who identifies as a girl to compete and dominate in track-and-field events. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon affirmed that "Title IX exists to protect women and girls" and called it "perverse to allow males to compete against girls." The DOJ's aggressive stance signals a dramatic shift in federal policy under Trump toward enforcing sex-based protections.
🇮🇱 Netanyahu’s own coalition members slammed his Gaza plan. Seven members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's own ruling coalition sent a letter claiming his Gaza war plan "does not reflect a serious intent to defeat Hamas and achieve victory." The lawmakers accused the military of failing to destroy Hamas' tunnel system and noted that Hamas "continues to rule in large parts of the strip" despite nearly 20 months of fighting. This growing dissent exposes fractures at a critical moment when Israel faces both international pressure to end the war and internal demands for total victory.

New data reveals Republicans’ electoral dominance

WHAT’S HAPPENING_
A sweeping realignment is transforming American politics.
Over the last three presidential elections, Republicans have steadily expanded their vote share in nearly half of the nation’s 3,100-plus counties, while Democrats have made consistent gains in just 57.
President Donald Trump’s influence has accelerated this shift, helping the GOP build strength among working-class voters across racial lines. New data from The New York Times reveals just how stark Republicans’ success has been, while Democrats are mainly consolidating support in a few wealthy, highly educated enclaves.
_THE FACTS_
Republicans have steadily increased their vote share in 1,433 US counties across the last three presidential elections.
Democrats improved in just 57 counties, creating a six-to-one Republican advantage in geographic expansion.
Around 42.7 million voting-age Americans live in these surging Republican counties.
Only 8.1 million Americans live in the Democratic counties.
Of the 1,433 counties trending Republican, only three had median household incomes above $100,000.
Among Democratic-trending counties, 18 of 57 exceeded the $100,000 household income threshold.
Not a single county where Republicans steadily gained support has a majority of adults with college degrees.
62 percent of American adults do not have a college degree.
Republicans gained ground in 193 of America's 200 most predominantly black counties in 2024.
Of 67 counties with majority Hispanic populations, 66 voted more Republican in 2024 than in 2012.
