WHAT WE'RE WATCHING

💰 Feds freeze over $1B in Medicaid to blue states. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. halted roughly $867 million to California and $200 million to Minnesota pending fraud reviews, saying Democrats “opened the floodgates to theft.” Both of the blue state governors called the move political, but federal officials say funds will resume once documentation clears.

📱 Trump Media to charge for early Truth access. Trump Media is planning to charge up to $100,000 per month for millisecond-early access to President Trump’s Truth Social posts through a new “Truth API.” The pitch targets Wall Street firms seeking to act early on market-moving announcements.

🚀 US will strike Iran's Pickaxe Mountain "very heavily." President Trump told reporters the US will soon attack the underground site where Israeli intelligence believes Iran moved thousands of nuclear centrifuges last fall. Trump noted that centrifuges alone "don't mean anything unless they have the material," adding that the US is tracking the nuclear material.

🗳️ New Jersey found 6,600 noncitizens on voter rolls. Gov. Mikie Sherrill (D) claimed that a “serious software error in New Jersey’s Motor Vehicle System” registered thousands of noncitizens between 2023 and 2024, with fewer than 400 casting ballots. The state has since purged the names and launched a review.

“Trump API” is a really bad idea and, in my view, is openly corrupt. Not only is it selling information early so Wall Street can cash in (milliseconds is all they need), but Trump himself indirectly owns a 41 percent stake in Truth Social’s parent company, so it would benefit him directly.Brandon

🤷‍♂️ Somewhere in the middle: “He was very good on foreign policy, but saddled us with some horrible institutions domestically.” — Chris
