Cardiologist Warns: "Avoid Bottled Water At All Costs"

Americans have been told for decades that drinking plenty of water is the key to good health...
But according to world-renowned heart surgeon Dr. Steven Gundry, this advice could be putting your health at risk.
In fact, this groundbreaking research shows there’s 1 specific type of water that could be leading to brain fog, digestive discomfort, stubborn weight gain, and more.
"I've discovered that millions of people are unknowingly filling their bodies with something that could be wreaking havoc on their gut health, metabolism, and more," explains Dr. Gundry.
"What's truly alarming is that most people have no idea they're doing this to themselves every single day," Dr. Gundry adds.
That's why he's recommending you make this 1 simple tweak to your next glass of water immediately.
It takes 30 seconds and could promote hydration, boost your energy levels, and even support fat loss.
All individuals are unique. Results can and will vary.

🇬🇷 Rubio delivers fiery speech in Athens. "The word nationalism became a dirty word,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated in a speech from the Acropolis, “and so we tore down our monuments, we condemned our own history, and in too many places we taught our children to be ashamed of the countries they would inherit.” Rubio also announced a new counterterrorism partnership between the US and Greece.

🇮🇱 Mamdani attacks Israel on October 7 anniversary. NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D) drew outrage by dedicating most of his Oct. 7 statement to accusing Israel of "ongoing genocide" rather than honoring the 1,100 Israelis murdered by Hamas. Israeli UN Ambassador Danny Danon condemned the remarks as an attempt to "hijack the only day we have for victims," comparing it to discussing al-Qaeda on 9/11.

Oil's well that ends well
Q: Who is supplying the non-Iranian oil moving through the Strait of Hormuz? Where is it going? — Bob from Massachusetts
A: It's coming from the producers on the Persian Gulf, mainly Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and Iraq, with Qatar adding natural gas. Since the war began, the US Navy has been escorting tankers through.
CENTCOM claims to have helped move more than 1 billion barrels of crude from "Gulf partners" through the strait over the past couple of months, across more than 2,000 escorted ship transits, while America’s blockade keeps Iran's exports at zero.
Much of the non-Iranian oil that makes it out never even touches the Strait of Hormuz, since Saudi Arabia and the UAE have pipelines to the Red Sea and the Gulf of Oman. It’s estimated that around 40 percent of the region's exports now bypass Hormuz.
Most of this oil is headed to Asia. Pre-war, the biggest buyer was China, followed by India, Japan, and South Korea. The US took only about 400,000 barrels a day through the Strait, a small slice of its imports. That's why Gulf supply matters to Americans — mostly through global prices, not because of the oil itself.
