Is the CIA Spying on Tucker Carlson?

Tucker Carlson released a video over the weekend claiming the CIA has been reading his text messages and is preparing a criminal referral against him to the Department of Justice.

The right-leaning podcaster alleges he is being targeted for communications he had with people in Iran before Operation Epic Fury began on February 28. Carlson suggests he may face charges under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), which requires individuals acting on behalf of foreign governments to register with the DOJ.

He denied being an Iranian asset and framed the alleged investigation as retaliation for his criticism of the war and his views on Israel.

QUESTION: Should the CIA be monitoring Tucker Carlson? ANSWER: Actually, I think a good psychiatrist should be monitoring Carlson.

Tucker is not "right leaning"!!!!!!!! Maybe he use to be. But has not been for quite some time. So when will the "far right" enthralled Upward News editors finally decide to update their labels of Tucker, Candace and Nick???

Tucker is very much a leftist anti-Israel and anti-Trump idiot, same as the leftist liberal DemolStructive party. Tucker has nothing in common with us conservative Repubs.

With Tuckers avowed relationship with Islamic ruled Qatar, to me is reason enough for the CIA to keep tabs on Tucker.

The CIA should ONLY monitor his (or anyone else's) foreign activities. They were never, to my knowledge, given leave to operate within U.S. borders. As for Carlson's actions specifically, I believe so within the above constraints. If there are concerns about his actions at home, that would be the FBI's bailiwick.

Tucker Carlson is a very wealthy man that maybe is bored with life and needs to keep himself front and center in the news, who knows? Like Candace Owens (also quite wealthy) the stuff that comes out of their mouths makes no sense, but unfortunately it influences a lot of people that are easily lead.

He is definitely trying to stay relevant. His following has dropped in the recent past thanks to his antisemitic comments, among other things. He is toying around in different highly controversial issues around the world. Bottom line is he got "too big for his own britches" as my great grandmother would have said. He is extremely self important and wants the world to think he is too.

With media, comes responsibility to the public to report the facts as investigated and researched to the best of their knowledge and understanding. The same should be for pundits and influencers. Unfortunately, this is bo longer the case. Hasn’t been for years and has gotten worse over the last decade. Everyone is out for themselves and not the greater good for our Country, the world and future generations. Following the money, regardless of where it comes from has lead to selfishness, loss of integrity and a startling lack of self awareness. It is a huge catastrophe for an easily lead, uneducated and lazy populace and could be the eventual downfall of our free nation. In all their selfish need for clicks and the almighty dollar, they have yet to realize that they will, also go down with the rest of us.

Any person that is "talking" with our known enemies, i.e. China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, should be investigated by the CIA. It is one thing to be doing business or trade with these countries, it's another thing to being "chatty buddies" with them.

No! Tucker loves America and has been one of Trump’s staunchest allies. He criticizes Netanyahu for pulling money constantly from American’s coffers. And has become something of a target by Israel. He came down hard in his interview with Huckabee in an interview at an Israeli airport about a particular person Huckabee allowed to meet with at the embassy. But Tucker was not allowed into the American embassy in Israel; and could only meet with Huckabee at the airport. Tucker and his staff were harrassed by security at the Israeli airport. This is not American!!! What no one can criticize Netanyahu or the president now without being called a traitor??? NOT AMERICAN

Have to wonder if Carlson is using LSD and on bad trip. He used to seem pretty astute when he was at FOX, but he seems to caught up in his own self importance and wants to be in headlines regardless of how weird he has to be to get there. I think lost any real relevance shortly after the election.

In reality, if you are conversing with a foreign government that is hostile to America and the CIA is monitoring the foreign governments communications, of course your texts are going to be read. Doesn't matter if its Russia, China, or Iran, if they are monitoring the communications, your texts are going to be read.
