🚨 More Secret Service failures were revealed this week. FBI Director Christopher Wray testified on Wednesday that Donald Trump’s would-be assassin live-streamed the venue with a drone just two hours before the rally. Additionally, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) uncovered that the Secret Service “repeatedly denied offers from local law enforcement to utilize drone technology to secure the rally.”

⛺️ Gavin Newsom ordered the removal of homeless encampments. After gaining new authority to deal with the issue from the Supreme Court, California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) issued an executive order mandating state agencies to collaborate with local governments to house the homeless and provide services. Since 2019, Newsom’s administration has invested $24 billion to address the issue with little success.

💸 Billionaire Democrat donor is to get the FTC chief fired. LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman donated $10 million to Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign, then announced his demands, including firing FTC Commissioner Lina Khan due to her antitrust policy priorities. Khan has previously targeted Microsoft for its allegedly monopolistic business practices.

💊 WPATH labeled transgender surgeries as necessary for insurance coverage. Newly unsealed court documents expose that the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) labeled cross-sex hormones and surgeries "medically necessary" to ensure insurance coverage. The organization was essentially prioritizing the affordability of the procedures over their safety, necessity, and clinical effectiveness.

💰 The Biden administration is spending billions more on climate policies. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that it is funneling $4.3 billion into 25 projects across 30 states for "community-driven" climate initiatives. These projects include building electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and funding local governments to fast-track green energy “siting, zoning, and permitting of renewable energy.”
